Belgian architects Giuseppe Farris and Stefan Schöning developed Woven Tower – a skyscraper that aims to cover the many aspects of Arab culture.

Woven Tower - Dubai 02

The exterior of the building, whose construction is planned in Dubai, mimics the trunk of date palm. The tree whose fruit and leaves that continue to be an important product in the life of the metropolis today.

Twisted around a structure of several stories it symbolically represents the commercial network and routes leading into and out of Dubai.
